Cutting Edge Meat Processing Tour
This year's conference will feature a tour of Cutting Edge Meat, a
USDA inspected harvest and processing facility. The plant is located
in Newman, CA. After the tour, we will have discussions working
with processors, meat cutting instructions, and the need for more
USDA processing.

This year's conference will focus on implementation. We have
covered a lot of topics over the past six years. We want to provide
a way to bring all that information together to assist you in
