Adult and Youth Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program Representative (PR I)
The purpose of this position is to deliver nutrition education to low-income youth, primarily in schools and adults, primarily parents. In the future the adult program population may extend. This includes training and guiding nutrition education extenders, developing a yearly work plan, evaluating work plan objectives and writing reports. Efforts will also be coordinated with other nutrition and physical activity programs in UCCE and other community agencies.
